An extensive breakfast is served buffet style each morning. In the evenings, there is a starter and salad buffet, and a four-course dinner or a themed buffet. You will receive a welcome drink on arrival and an après-ski snack at the end of the afternoon.

Opening times shops:
Shops are usually open from Monday until Friday from 09.00 AM to 18.00 PM (some shops close during the afternoon). Most shops are closed on Sunday.
Travelling by car:
Snow chains are obligatory in the Alps. You need a toll permit for the motorways in Austria. You can buy the permit at the AA in the UK or in Austria at the major border crossings. The European Commission advises you to wear a safety reflector jacket in the event of a break down or accident. This vest can be purchased from the AA in the UK as well.
Voltage:
The voltage is 230 volt.
Mobile telephone:
UK mobile phones work in Austria as well.
Travel documents:
You need to be in the possession of a valid passport to travel to Austria.
Transfer
In the booking steps it is possible to book a transfer. If you book a transfer via Sunweb, it will be a shared transfer to and from the resort. The average transfer time to Maurach is approximately 1 hour. In step 2 of the booking, you can also choose "no transfer". You will receive a discount for this. Only a customer who has booked through Sunweb Group and stayed at the property in question can write a review. We invite these customers after they return home from their holiday via e-mail to write a review. If a customer wants to post a review anonymous, details are checked (like booking number, booking data) and known at Sunweb Group.

Any surcharges and discounts are only valid upon booking. Other rates are applied locally. It is not possible to redeem the ski pass on another day onsite.
