Opening times shops:

Travelling by car:
Snow chains are obligatory in the Alps. You need a toll permit for the motorways in Austria. You can buy the permit at the AA in the UK or in Austria at the major border crossings. The European Commission advises you to wear a safety reflector jacket in the event of a break down or accident. This vest can be purchased from the AA in the UK as well.

The voltage is 230 volt.

UK mobile phones work in Austria as well.
Travel documents:
You need to be in the possession of a valid passport to travel to Austria.
You will fly with EasyJet or Jet2 to Innsbruck. This flight takes approximately 1 hour and 55 minutes. Meals and drinks are not included during the flight.

Transfer

Only a customer who has booked through Sunweb Group and stayed at the property in question can write a review. We invite these customers after they return home from their holiday via e-mail to write a review. If a customer wants to post a review anonymous, details are checked (like booking number, booking data) and known at Sunweb Group.
Whether negative or positive, we'll post every comment in full, as quickly as possible, after being moderated to comply with Sunweb Group guidelines.

Ski passes for children born after 1/1/2018 are free. Children born between 1/1/2005 - 31/12/2017 will receive a discount on their ski pass. These discounts can be found in the calculation of your travel sum. Identification is required when collecting your ski pass.
Any surcharges and discounts are only valid upon booking. Other rates are applied locally. It is not possible to redeem your ski pass on another day onsite. An extension of your ski pass can often be booked as an extra; you will find the price for this further in the booking process. A discount for “no ski pass” can also be found during the booking process.
Family Weeks Wilder Kaiser-Brixental
All children born between 01/01/2008 - 31/12/2017 will receive a free ski pass if:
- A parent purchases a ski pass of at least 3 days duration.
- The entire duration of the ski pass falls within one of the following time periods: 08/12/23 – 22/12/23, or 16/03/24 – 01/04/24.
During the booking process, you must then choose the “no ski pass” option for the child in question. On presentation of a voucher for the parents and proof of identity, a free ski pass for the child can be picked up onsite.

When booking ski lessons, you will be asked for your level of experience:
Beginners: Only opt for beginners lessons if you have never skied before.
Average: Can you already brake/make a turn? Then choose average and beginners.
Advanced: Can you already ski, but you want to develop your technique further? Then choose advanced.
