Chamonix

Ski holidays in Chamonix take place in a charming old village at the foot of the majestic Mont Blanc. Chamonix is a fairly large village with a remarkable history, as skiing in Chamonix was first made internationally famous in 1924, when it was home to the first ever Winter Olympics. Today Chamonix consists of a combination of rustic and traditional hotels as well as modern recently-built complexes. There are plenty of activities other than skiing in Chamonix, such as ice climbing, shopping, lively bars, and excellent restaurants. Chamonix ski holidays are not to be missed.

Chamonix Mont Blanc

The beautiful ski resort Chamonix Mont Blanc is situated at the foot of the mighty Mont Blanc which is one of the highest peaks in Europe. It is known as the "gateway to the European Cascades." So if you are looking for breathtaking views and perfect runs, you have made the right choice.

There is a total of 117 kilometers of freshly groomed ski runs, for all skiing abilities. The ski area is divided into several small areas, which are not connected with elevators, but are easy to reach none the less.
