Résidence Vacancéole Véga

Résidence Vacancéole Véga is nestled amongst the pine trees in Risoul. Its location is very convenient: the nearest piste is only 300m away and the centre is also within walking distance, so you will never be far from the action.

The apartments are comfortable, and all feature a balcony: a great place to sit back after a fun day on the slopes. Soak up the winter sun's rays with a drink in hand and plan which slopes you want to explore tomorrow. In the evening, be sure to order a glass of wine from one of the excellent nearby bars or restaurants.

Risoul

Risoul is built in such a way that almost every  accommodation is right by the slopes. If not, they’re only a few metres walk away. This is so convenient in the afternoons: you can ski or snowboard right back to your apartment. Natural materials have been used extensively in the construction of accommodation here, giving the resort its characteristic cosy look.

Just like in the nearby Vars, there is plenty to do in Risoul. You will find several fantastic restaurants and bars to spend your evening in, and nightclubs where you can enjoy the lively après-ski scene.

Risoul

  • Accommodation directly by the slopes
  • Cosy and traditional ski resort
  • Vibrant après ski scene

La Fôret Blanche

In the Hautes Alpes, two ski resorts have combined together to form a ski area called La Forêt Blanche. If you like skiing in the trees this is the place for you!

Vars is the largest and most famous place of the two and consists of a combination of four small villages. Three of them are at an altitude of about 1650 meters. Risoul is a modern station and more suited to families.

Skiers can test their speed on the Kilomètre Lance, known as the fastest track in the world - see how fast you can go!

Surf Country, the largest snow park in Europe, with a fun park and a half pipe attracts snow-boarders and skiers alike and cross-country skiers find approximately 43 kilometers of trails.

To make it complete, there are various events held throughout the year so you will never get bored.

La Fôret Blanche

  • 180 kilometres of slopes
  • Area for beginner and advanced skiers
  • Plenty of non ski activities
