Hotel Kertess

The popular Hotel Kertess is situated on the edge of St. Anton’s town centre. This hotel offers well maintained rooms that are decorated in a traditional Alpine style. In the mornings you can enjoy the extensive breakfast buffet in the snug hotel restaurant which will give you plenty of energy as you leave for the piste. The ski lift and the lively centre of St. Anton are just 600m away and in the winter the hotel runs a free shuttle service to get you there in just a few minutes.

After skiing you can raise a glass in one of the lively après ski bars at the end of St. Anton’s valley descent. Want some relaxation? Hotel Kertess has a beautiful heated indoor swimming pool where you can swim a few relaxing lengths and in the sauna, infra red cabin or the Turkish steam bath you can warm up your muscles and revive yourself.

The Arlberg ski region to which St Anton belongs is one of the biggest and most spectacular ski areas in Austria. It is very varied and there are many options at every level. The condition of the pistes is usually excellent and skiing back down to the resort center is nearly always possible as well!

The Galzig cable cars have made the area very accessible. The highly experienced skiers and snowboarders can also enjoy the practically limitless off piste options. The Arlberg lift pass also grants entrance to the resorts of Lech and Zürs. These are not directly connected but can still be reached easily with the, very well organised, ski buses. Besides the extra pistes, skiing in Lech offers you the opportunity to check out this famous village, with beautiful shops and a center steeped in tradition.
