Apartments Höllwarth is a fantastic choice for a family or group of friends. It is located in the village of Stumm, with the ski bus stop just around the corner. This will take you quickly to the lifts of Hochzillertal. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable.
The apartments have balconies, where you can soak up the winter sun with a cup of hot chocolate. Many guests have had a fantastic experience at here, so be sure to join them!

- We offer 2 types of apartments:
4-room apartment type A & B: these apartments are located in the existing building and are traditionally furnished.
4-room apartment type C & D: these apartments are located in the new building and are modernly furnished and new.
Stumm is a small village in the large Zillertal, located about 15 kilometers from the lively Mayrhofen. The nearest ski lifts are 1.5 km away in the village Kaltenbach. The gondola Hochzillertal is approximately 2.5 km away.
Stumm itself has limited entertainment however other towns such as Kaltenbach or Mayrhofen are easily accessible with regular ski buses.

The official language is German but English is widely spoken as well.

There is one hour time difference with the UK (GMT+1).
Money:
The official currency is the Euro.
Tipping:
It is customary in Austria to tip between 5% and 10% in bars and restaurants.

Austria is known for its Vienna Schnitzels and Glühwein. Tap water is safe for drinking.
Opening times shops:
Shops are usually open from Monday until Friday from 09.00 AM to 18.00 PM (some shops close during the afternoon). Most shops are closed on Sunday.
Travelling by car:
Snow chains are obligatory in the Alps. You need a toll permit for the motorways in Austria. You can buy the permit at the AA in the UK or in Austria at the major border crossings. The European Commission advises you to wear a safety reflector jacket in the event of a break down or accident. This vest can be purchased from the AA in the UK as well.

The voltage is 230 volt.
Mobile telephone:
UK mobile phones work in Austria as well.
Travel documents:
You need to be in the possession of a valid passport to travel to Austria.
You will fly with EasyJet or Jet2 to Innsbruck. This flight takes approximately 1 hour and 55 minutes. Meals and drinks are not included during the flight.

Transfer

Ski passes for children born after 01/01/2018 are free. Children born between 01/01/2005 and 31/12/2017 will receive a discount on their ski pass. These discounts can be found in the calculation of your travel sum. Identification is required when collecting the ski pass.
Any surcharges and discounts are only valid upon booking. Other rates are applied locally. It is not possible to redeem your ski pass on another day onsite. An extension of your ski pass can often be booked as an extra; you will find the price for this further in the booking process. A discount for “no ski pass” can also be found during the booking process.
