Hotel Garni Schönblick is a small-scale hotel, on the edge of the centre of Sölden. All rooms are comfortable, with a seating area and TV. After a delicious breakfast (served in the breakfast room) you only have to walk 400m before you get to the lift. From here, you are free to explore the beautiful ski resort of Sölden / Hochsölden.

After a long day in the mountains, the lively après-ski in Sölden awaits. If partying until the early hours is not for you, then you are welcome to relax in the wellness area of  Hotel Garni Schönblick. There is a sauna, infrared cabin and a nice herbal steam room.

For dinner, there are many options to choose from. You can try a traditional restaurant, keep it simple with a pizza or even grab a take-away from one of the many restaurants.

The Big 3

Sölden together with Hochsölden has the largest ski area in the Ötztal Arena with 33 lifts and is suitable for skiers of all levels. The area has a strong snow record due to its high altitude and also due to the two glaciers that can be skied on even in the summer!

Being able to ski practically all year round on a glacier at an altitude of 3250 metres (10,700 ft) says plenty about the amount of snow in the area around Sölden. The Ötztal Arena is the only ski area in Austria with the mountain peaks reaching higher than 3000 metres (9,900 ft): the ‘BIG 3’. For the advanced skiers and

snowboarders a challenging route has been set out, the ‘BIG 3 Rally’. This is a tour of no less than 50 km (31 ml)!

Ski Area Obergurgl/ Hochgurgl

Clients who have booked a lift pass of more than 3 days, can now also enjoy the ski area of Obergurgl and Hochgurgl! This ski area adds another 110 kilometres to the already vast ski region and has many more blue, red and black slopes. The avid, experienced skiers can challenge themselves by trying the hardest “buckelpiste” of Austria, named the Hohe Mut.

In Sölden there are many bars in town and at the foot of the mountain, where you will be able to enjoy the wonderful après-ski. We offer accommodations in Sölden, Hochsölden and Vent where you will be able to have a wonderful ski holiday!
